Always prepared for your conference

When you come to us, you know that you are expected and that we are prepared. You can concentrate on the people around you, the content of the meeting and what you want to achieve. Before every conference, we will have checked that the technical equipment works properly and we will explain it to you when you arrive. So the meeting can start straight away.

Technology that works goes almost unnoticed

All meeting and conference rooms at our house have wireless Internet access. It costs nothing extra to connect and there is a fixed-line connection for those without a WLAN card. If you would like an LCD projector, DVD/CD or TV, just let us know when you make the booking. They are free of charge, as long as you book in advance.

Small things make a big difference

You don’t need to bring a bag full of handy things to have. You will always receive personal service, and the meeting room contains all the tools you need, including name cards, writing pads, pens, an extension lead and a stapler.

Public workstation with printer

We prestige residence have a workstation with a desktop computer and printer that you can use. You will find it in the lobby.

Equipment for meeting guests with special requirements

We want everyone to be able to enjoy a meeting at Prestige Residence, whatever their requirements. For allergy sufferers and people in wheelchairs, we suggest meeting rooms without carpets.

Working Lunches are available in the Main Lounge Only for Rs. 1600 + tax per person
